What's the buzz, tell me what's a-happenin'

With so many of my friends at various stages of co-oping and graduating and taking classes and whatnot, I feel I should, for the sake of clarity, post my current status (since that's more or less the point of this blog).

I'm co-oping from late May until late November (two quarters) at GE MDS doing Java development on a huge (100k+ lines) asynchronous java application called NetView. MDS is located about 6 miles north of RIT.

I'm living off campus from summer '08 through at least spring '09 in a house I'm renting with 4 housemates. It's about as close to building 70 as Perkins.

My plan is to resume classes winter quarter. For my next co-op, I'm going to shoot for a smaller company, out of state location, and Mac development. I may not get all three, but I'm shooting for at least two. Now that I don't have to get a co-op immediately, I can hold out for a better offer. I'll be looking for such a co-op to start as early as spring '09

Plans for this website include a contact page, a projects section, and a writing section. Look for a comments feature sometime in the far future, but hopefully before the summer is out.
